Jensen: "I enjoy staying behind the camera - just kidding." His comfort is in front of camera, stage/directing is nerve wracking.

Jensen: the western ep was one of those woohoo moments, every little boy's dream - he has a scar on his hand from the colt they used
Jared is super proud of the work in the western episode with "a gunmaker." It's a 6page long monologue
Jensen: we've been doing it for so long repetition takes the fright out of it. Jared: I have another one. Jen: then I'm just kidding!
Jared: the lucifer stuff was very scary to read and tough to play. Jensen: jumping through that church window. And the bees...
Jared hated doing the panic room scenes where Sam is being tortured. Jensen hated torturing Alistair.
Jared: I really like playing demon blood Sam, it's kind of intoxicating feeling all that power. Made him feel like a Jedi
Jensen says he tries to make the female guest stars as comfortable as possible, esp w/intimate scenes. "It's not a free show."
Jensen: watching the emotional episodes still make him feel that lump in his throat cause he remembers where he had to go mentally
Jared days he has a tough time watching ALL of the serious scenes.
What strokes Jared's ego is having an intelligent conversation with people about his work or his craft, not people imitating him.

Jensen says they had to pull on themselves for characterization early on, but the characters have become their own entities now
